Miss Grid Enterprises, (MGE), was founded in New York City in 1998 by Ingrid Mayi or “Miss Grid ” as she is lovingly known in the industry. A veteran of the NYC music scene she has been involved in the entertainment industry all of her life and has worked in numerous entertainment industry sectors.
She made her professional debut at the age of seven on the bi-lingual Sesame Street program and this appearance led to a successful career as a Hispanic jingle singer.

Today, she sings professionally under the stage name Elli Clarke . Elli Clarke, alto, is a tri-lingual jazz vocalist devoted to her craft and to preserving the legacy of the Great American Songbook, the Latin American Songbook, and jazz. In 2022 she will debut her latest album “Soy Capaz!” or “I Am Enough!” in English is being recorded in San Juan, Puerto Rico and Miami, Florida and is being produced by Jose and Nomar Negroni. This much in demand vocalist has concertized across Asia, the United States, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Since 1988 she has been a dedicated educator who instructs vocal students at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels and piano to beginners. Genres of music taught include Pop, Rock, R & B, Rap, Blues, Jazz, Ballads, Theater, Gospel, Standards, Dance, Salsa, Merengue, Classical, Opera, Bachata, Country, and Christian in both English and Spanish.

In addition to voice and piano she also teaches Audition Prep, Broadway Singing, Classical Voice, Ear Training, Jazz Voice, Musical Theater, Music Performance, Music Recording, Music Theory, Opera Voice, Piano, Singing, Speaking Voice, Vocal Training, and Voice Acting.

Ingrid studied Musical Education, Piano, Cello & Voice at Manners College of Music Voice and Performance. Later she studied Music Theory & Piano at Manners College of Music. In 2009 she earned her Landmark Education Certification. In 2010 she was nominated for a Latin Grammy for her role as producer of Johnny Ventura’s Volvo La Navidad album.
